Major British Company require a helpdesk analyst. The role will involve being the first point of contact, via telephone, for all business hardware and software queries, and in a large majority of instances will be responsible for talking through the `fix` with the end user. A strong level of understanding of Windows Applications is essential, along with excellent computer skills and keyboard literacy. The succesful candidate will have an organised and logical approach to problem solving with a high degree of customer focused interpersonal skills.
